Érdekes múzeumok vannak az Oslo melletti Bygdøy félszigeten (30-as busz megy oda a városból).
Három múzeumot sikerült meglátogatnunk:
             a Norvég Szabadtéri Néprajzi Múzeumot (The Norwegian Folk Museum),
             a Viking Hajózási Múzeumot (The Viking Ship Museum), és
             a Fram Sarki Expedíciós Hajó Múzeumot (The Fram Polar Expedition Ship Museum)
 Bygdøy Penninsula, close to Oslo, gives home for interesting museums (accessible by bus number 30 from the city center).
We had time to visit three of the museums:
             The Norwegian Folk Museum,
             The Viking Ship Museum   and
             The Fram Polar Expedition Ship Museum
